Key Responsibilities

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates without dropping the ball, keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the process.
•Learn the product and manufacturing reality (e.g., takt times, cycle times, throughput, yield) to pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
•Translate missing roles into cost impacts on throughput and revenue, driving urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
•Build deep trust with operations and program leaders, influencing talent strategy while executing recruiting deliverables.
•Track and analyze pipeline performance data, and continuously invent and simplify recruiting processes with automation and referrals where they move the needle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, taking new requirements and reporting pipeline progress.
•A deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including roles like manufacturing engineers, test engineers, design engineers, purchasers/buyers, and industrial engineers.
•Operationally minded approach to identify problems early and bring solutions while working with manufacturing and supply chain leaders.
•Strong closing and negotiation skills, including negotiating offers with candidates who are seasoned negotiators.
