Job Summary

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as an SAP Retail Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Retail and SAP MM solutions. The role includes integration with POS (XSTORE) and eCommerce order management (Manhattan OMS), providing guidance to testing teams, and driving post-go-live support while optimizing SAP Retail functionality.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
•Configure and customize SAP Retail and SAP MM modules to meet business requirements and follow best practices.
•Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions across inter and intra company stock transport orders, inventory management, pricing, and related processes.
•Integrate SAP with POS (preferably XSTORE) and eCOM order management (Manhattan OMS) applications, including 3rd-party logistics providers.
•Provide expertise during testing and post-go-live support, and stay current on SAP Retail functionality and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
•8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Retail and SAP MM consultant.
•In-depth knowledge of SAP Retail and SAP MM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
•In-depth knowledge of SAP CAR and its modules, including configuration and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
