Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Deepgram’s corporate communications strategy in partnership with CEO, CMO, and executive leadership.
  • •Lead communications for product launches, model and product announcements, and company milestones.
  • •Build credibility through technical insight, demos, customer proof, and perspective on where voice AI is going.
  • •Mine stories across research, engineering, product, customers, GTM, and leadership to create narratives.
  • •Develop press materials and executive talking points, manage proactive/reactive media, and support executive communications and thought leadership.

Salary: USD 153,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in communications with significant experience leading corporate comms, PR, or executive communications at a technology company and/or agency.
  • •Track record building communications strategy that improved reputation or market position, including owning comms for major product launches and company milestones.
  • •Strong new-media storytelling skills: translate technical insight from researchers, engineers, and product into narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Strong media relationships and judgment for what to pitch, when to be proactive vs. reactive, and how to handle high-stakes or sensitive situations.
  • •Enough technical fluency to engage credibly on model performance, developer tooling, and enterprise AI deployment (curiosity required).
