Store Manager - Female

Lead end-to-end store operations and drive sales by briefing and guiding retail staff to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Implement store operating procedures and ensure brand and company policies are followed at all times. Maintain strong product knowledge, visual merchandising standards, and inventory control to minimize stock loss. Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program, supervise the store, and provide feedback to the Area and Operations Managers, while ensuring security vigilance.
