•Independently establish and manage cross-functional technical programs through full lifecycle from definition to completion.
•Lead program plans including work breakdown structures, resource management, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Act as voice of the program to senior leadership by highlighting dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
•Build relationships across SRE, Product, and Engineering organizations to keep projects on track.
•Serve as primary escalation point of contact and assist in removing blockers.

Key Requirements

•5 years of relevant experience in technical or engineering disciplines and a Bachelors degree (or equivalent).

•Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies.
•Ability to navigate ambiguous or complex corporate environments.
