Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete four rotations across different finance and business areas, including global finance and global commercial finance.
  • •Partner with sales through the Global Commercial Finance organization to support commercial decision-making.
  • •Work on citizen development, process, or product management to identify and support improvements.
  • •Deliver a project and business-case realization with measurable results.
  • •Develop finance expertise alongside technical fluency and an AI adoption mindset within an international, collaborative learning environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or another finance-focused field, with some relevant experience (e.g., internship) in a finance department.
  • •Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Comfort with data visualization, dashboards, and automated reporting with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • •Understanding of coding and programming (e.g., Python, C++, JavaScript).
  • •Hackathon and/or project experience, with interest in AI and agentic AI (plus vibe coding/API connecting knowledge as a plus).
