Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance for manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  • •Develop detailed work plans including labor, parts, tools, permits, and safety requirements.
  • •Create and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • •Review, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance work orders, including equipment shutdowns and planned outages.
  • •Maintain CMMS records and maintenance documentation, monitor KPIs, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of maintenance, maintenance planning, reliability, or manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
  • •Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Experience using a CMMS system (preferred).
  • •Strong skills in maintenance planning/scheduling, preventive & predictive maintenance, and ability to read technical documentation (manuals, drawings, schematics).
