Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and discover customer business challenges, organizational priorities, and desired outcomes to shape the best solution.

  • •Help customers shape and achieve value-driven outcomes by advising and engaging across finance, HR, and executive leadership stakeholders.
  • •Develop expertise in Unit4 solutions and clearly articulate their value and differentiation across finance, people management, payroll, planning, and operational excellence.
  • •Produce demo recordings, digital demo content, and business-focused presentations; support discovery, demonstrations, tenders, and RFPs and handovers to onboarding teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant academic background in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • •3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, payroll, HR/HCM, workforce management, business analysis, consulting, or solution consulting with strong business-process and stakeholder exposure.
  • •Ability to prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that connect business challenges to measurable outcomes.
  • •Comfort working across different customers, industries, and sales situations, with curiosity about business transformation and value creation.
  • •Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
