Serve as a trusted advisor to engage executive and functional stakeholders, support discovery, solution demonstrations, tenders, and RFPs, and create tailored presentations and demo content as the buying journey evolves.

•Research and discover customer business challenges, organizational priorities, and desired outcomes to shape the best solution.
•Challenge customer thinking and act as the customer’s voice throughout the sales process.
•Help customers shape and achieve value-driven outcomes by advising and engaging across finance, HR, and executive leadership stakeholders.
•Develop expertise in Unit4 solutions and clearly articulate their value and differentiation across finance, people management, payroll, planning, and operational excellence.
•Produce demo recordings, digital demo content, and business-focused presentations; support discovery, demonstrations, tenders, and RFPs and handovers to onboarding teams.

Key Requirements

•Relevant academic background in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
•3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling, payroll, HR/HCM, workforce management, business analysis, consulting, or solution consulting with strong business-process and stakeholder exposure.
•Ability to prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations that connect business challenges to measurable outcomes.
•Comfort working across different customers, industries, and sales situations, with curiosity about business transformation and value creation.
•Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
