Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive support and communication to account holders, identifying enhancement opportunities and running reports for trends and compliance.
  • •Coordinate account-specific procedures to prepare and audit the sale vehicle run process, including run order, scheduling, notices, repairs, charge posting, reporting, and invoicing.
  • •Ensure accurate communication and documentation for client audits, including file jackets and required announcements from condition reports.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, verify inventory specifications, collaborate on preparation for sale, and coordinate vehicle transportation and related issue resolution.
  • •Liaise between clients and auction departments and work with Accounts Receivable to post accurate charges, send invoices, and pursue collections.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a related field or 5 years’ experience in a related field.

  • •Valid driver's license required; ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
