Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and repair vehicle powered (diesel engine) road transport refrigeration units in line with published guidance.
  • •Monitor, inspect, and assess fleet condition and operation, making suggestions for corrective action where appropriate.
  • •Optimize and maintain engineer van stock to maintain and enhance service delivery to customers.
  • •Ensure relevant safety checks are carried out on the company van daily and adhere to health and safety procedures and ISO9001 standards.
  • •Liaise with central control/service centre on job start/completion times, downtime and overtime authorization, and complete paperwork/PDA requirements for invoicing and customer interface.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified to 2078 Refrigerant Handling and 2079 F-Gas.
  • •Experience in electrics including 3 phase and brazing certified.
  • •Time served as a refrigeration/air conditioning or commercial engineer with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • •Able to work on own initiative while maintaining customers’ units and company property to a high standard.
  • •Clean UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
