Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe workplace by inspecting for safety compliance, completing accident reports, and initiating training to prevent future incidents.
  • •Supervise distribution center team activities to meet quality, cost, and time goals; evaluate associate performance and complete required reports.
  • •Review daily/weekly shipping schedules and production capabilities, prioritize dispatch lists, and coordinate expedites/hot parts and rework.
  • •Recommend training and development needs, develop and document standard work, and coach team members to follow it.
  • •Develop and implement continual process improvement projects and maintain distribution center quality procedures and equipment standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of warehouse or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred).
  • •In pursuit of a degree within two years of completion, or 5+ years supervisory/proven experience in distribution operations (receiving, stocking, replenishment, cycle counting, order picking, shipping).
  • •Experience with Oracle and/or Dematic software (preferred).
  • •Experience with Lean principles and techniques (preferred).
  • •Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
