Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to improve service delivery efficiency across PCC Service Hubs.
  • •Collaborate with the Power Platform Center of Excellence, process owners, SMEs, and hub leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
  • •Translate business processes into technical automation solutions, including process analysis, end-to-end workflow design, testing, and documentation.
  • •Support capability building by coaching citizen developers and sharing best practices.
  • •Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote automation adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in automation, digitalization, low-code development, process improvement, or service delivery optimization.
  • •Hands-on skills with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • •Ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions, including process analysis and end-to-end workflow design.
  • •Prefer knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, governance frameworks, and experience in shared service or contact-center-like environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400) are preferred; advanced English required.
