Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete technical rotations designed to acclimate you to the engineering environment and grow into future leadership through coaching and development activities.
  • •Develop hands-on understanding of satellite, network communications, and/or information assurance technologies, program lifecycles, design, and end-to-end systems.
  • •Rotate through roles that may include space electronics, spacecraft systems engineering, thermal and structural design/analysis, antenna design, or integration & test.
  • •Engage in special technical projects and volunteer for events such as Engineers Week (E-Week).
  • •Receive career counseling and guidance on technical and managerial paths, and network with leadership as rotations progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. citizenship (interim and/or final U.S. Tier 5 clearance post-start required).
  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement (graduated on or before Dec 31, 2026).
  • •Entry level 1: equivalent combination of technical education and experience (or non-US equivalent qualifications).
  • •Demonstrate formal or informal leadership experience from internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs/associations.
  • •Prior internship-role experience.
