  • •Learn product development milestones across the system from concept through design, mass manufacturing, and full product cycle life support.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new products and platforms, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and reports, plus build and test prototypes with technicians.
  • •Identify and communicate major technical and schedule issues clearly and drive appropriate actions with team leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (minimum).
  • •Familiarity with analog hardware design and troubleshooting, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, and hands-on failure analysis.
  • •Digital design experience including microcontroller selection, digital communication protocols, and power budget calculations.
  • •Board level bring-up and troubleshooting hands-on experience with tools such as an oscilloscope, DMM, spectrum analyzer, and VNA.
  • •Experience or familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design in Altium Designer is a plus, and circuit simulation with LTspice is a plus.
