Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure end-to-end reconciliation, execution, and posting of accounting entries, including trial balances and financial statements.
  • •Process purchase, sale, interest, claim (and similar) invoices, post related accounting entries, and provide reconciled reports to Central Finance and VAT teams.
  • •Perform and review daily reconciliation across systems, maintain trackers, and publish reconciliation status with issues to unit management.
  • •Monitor post-disbursement credit terms and report any breaches; manage end-to-end coordination with stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
  • •Oversee accurate recoveries of fees/charges/VAT/corporate tax/interest/profit/penalties/charity and ensure correct SWIFT/UAEFTS payment execution and credit/compliance/EDD screening.

Key Requirements

  • •CA, ACCA, or a Master’s degree in accounting and finance.
  • •3–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and trade facilities.
  • •Strong understanding of IFRS and internal processes (APPM) to ensure accurate accruals and charges.
  • •Experience with SWIFT and UAEFTS standards and making SWIFT/UAEFTS payments accurately.
  • •Experience handling multiple systems and UATs, including defining requirements and following up.
