Job Summary

Lead and grow a manufacturing operations team (10–20 assembly, inspection, and test employees) on the 4th shift in Andover. Plan, organize, and direct production flow to meet contractual quality, cost, delivery, and safety requirements. Own schedule/cost execution, workforce planning, hiring and training, and area layout/flow management. Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to address root causes and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
•Supervisory, leadership and/or manufacturing experience is required.
•Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
•Strong understanding of manufacturing operations planning, scheduling, and cost execution.
•Experience supporting workforce planning, forecasting, and employee hiring/training.
