Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy security software including detections, libraries, policy-as-code, automation, and CI/CD checks.
  • •Lead design reviews and threat models focused on authentication, tenant isolation, and data handling for borrower PII.
  • •Evaluate and improve defenses against AI attack surface risks such as prompt injection, tool-use abuse, and exfiltration paths.
  • •Run incidents end to end, including write-ups and the follow-on fixes.
  • •Support bank security reviews and audits by translating them into engineering work that improves the system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of AppSec experience with specific examples of bugs found, incidents run, systems hardened, and tooling shipped.
  • •Strong production coding experience; primarily TypeScript/Node.js and Python.
  • •Deep understanding of where security boundaries break in multi-tenant systems, especially authorization.
  • •Ability to explain security risk in engineering terms and ship fixes without escalating.
  • •Experience engaging with bank security teams, answering hard questions honestly, and building confidence.
