Patient Services Coordinator - 11

Ensure excellent patient service through fast, accurate registration and admission processing. Interview patients to gather information for the HIS system, verify identity, manage patient journey service quality, and handle billing actions such as invoices and cash deposits. Coordinate with claims/billing and other departments to avoid discrepancies, support patient inquiries and complaints by phone and in person, and maintain confidentiality and patient rights throughout.
