•Respond to customer inquiries and manage procurement workflows in Atlassian Jira, including quotes, purchase requisitions (PRs), and order receipt.
•Maintain procurement and asset records using Atlassian Jira workflows and internal processes (e.g., SC360, SharePoint).
•Track procurements against awarded contract funding and create Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs); initiate procurement requests or funding tickets and create VON tickets.
•Track and manage renewals (software, hardware, data center, training, professional services) and coordinate validation of need ahead of expiration.
•Research products/services, collaborate with vendors, administer licenses, create Confluence product pages, coordinate training, and submit monthly/quarterly deliverables.

•Product period-of-performance tracking and strong organizational experience.
•Ability to communicate professionally with customers, work independently with limited supervision, and manage time, detail, and organization.
