Job Summary

Perform A&P technician work at a FAA-regulated Pratt & Whitney facility, servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment. Conduct technical analysis for product modifications and enhancements per customer specifications, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate logistics, provisioning, and configurations for assigned customers. Serve as an on-site representative managing statements of work, support 1st-shift training up to 6 months, and work 2nd shift (Sunday–Wednesday). Travel up to 25% and safety-sensitive requirements apply.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform a variety of A&P technician duties, including servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing equipment.

•Manage technical products and services logistics, provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations for assigned customers.
•Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend actions to company or customer representatives based on customer specifications.
•Serve as local on-site RTX representative to manage statements of work and meet customer/contract requirements; travel up to 25%.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or AA/AS (or other 2-year post–high school training) with at least 4 years of experience as an A&P Technician.
•Active A&P License.
•Ability to perform servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing of equipment in a safety-sensitive, FAA-regulated setting.
•Experience with rigging and R&I (preferred).
•Experience with engine parts refurbishment, inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, and return to service (preferred).
