Plan, coordinate, and supervise production operations at a cement plant, including hazardous waste fuel program, maintenance activities, and quality and safety initiatives. Translate corporate directives into plant policies to maintain standards and schedules. Lead staff through meetings, monitoring and inspections, production planning aligned with sales forecasts, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations through training and coordination with agencies.
