Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the Internal Developer Portal as a product, including platform foundation and ongoing development/operation with real users.
  • •Create a reliable service catalog with ownership, relationships, and automated ingestion from source-of-truth systems.
  • •Develop portal integrations for cloud accounts, CI/CD, secrets management, and internal APIs, plus document patterns for future contributions.
  • •Implement and lead golden paths—especially infrastructure provisioning paths—using templates, standards, and pre-wired security, observability, and compliance.
  • •Drive measured developer adoption via onboarding support, friction reduction, and collaboration to retire and decommission superseded old workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including shared services used by multiple teams.
  • •Hands-on AWS expertise (IAM, multi-account, EKS), plus Terraform and Kubernetes, and experience building reusable CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Strong programming ability in at least one modern language, with disciplined production engineering (testing, review, operations).
  • •Experience building or extending an internal developer portal or developer platform (or transferable automation experience) and the judgment to redesign workflows instead of wrapping them.
  • •Experience with TypeScript and React (or comparable modern application development frameworks) and an AI-native approach using coding assistants and agentic tooling.
