Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives, production requirements, operational priorities, and organizational growth.
  • •Coach manufacturing leaders across workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
  • •Collaborate with business leaders on workforce capability needs, labor requirements, and talent strategies that support operational excellence and growth.
  • •Support workforce planning activities including recruitment, onboarding, retention, workforce optimization, organizational restructuring, and succession planning.
  • •Serve as primary HR partner for employee relations, providing guidance on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, PIPs, and terminations while ensuring legal compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or MBA with 7-10 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Demonstrated success leading talent management, organizational development, and/or change management initiatives.
  • •Proven ability to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyze risks, and solve problems to make good judgments.
  • •Ability to apply commercial principles to business decisions and understand business lifecycle models.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday; effective written and verbal communication skills.
