Process CoE - Process Architect

Develop and enhance end-to-end organizational processes by monitoring performance, building a process roadmap, and driving improvement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, prioritize investments, and build business cases with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Value Consultants. Create process playbooks for Train-the-Trainer programs, facilitate as-is/to-be workshops, and coordinate user testing with configuration teams.
