Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish an end-to-end process vision and develop a process roadmap translating strategic objectives into operational goals.
  • •Continuously monitor end-to-end process performance and provide governance for process adoption aligned to business demand.
  • •Prioritize and help secure funding for process improvement opportunities, including cost reduction, efficiency gains, and ROI maximization.
  • •Develop process playbooks for Train-the-Trainer programs and conduct training sessions for functional users, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training.
  • •Facilitate process design workshops (as-is/to-be), coordinate with configuration teams, and support user testing with business stakeholders.
