Job Summary

Lead end-to-end, time-bound engagements for enterprise Government, Nonprofit, and Education customers, defining agentic AI strategy and architecture and overseeing deployment to measurable adoption outcomes. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into production-ready solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud. Manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and AI readiness while feeding field insights back into the platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume, delivering outcomes at every stage
•Define the customer’s agentic AI strategy and roadmap, and architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems
•Oversee engagement delivery timelines end-to-end, including stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting
•Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics by identifying blockers early and developing strategies to realize measurable value
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and keep delivery on track

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory)
•Working knowledge of Salesforce’s agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud, plus programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex)
