Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-house training in Pittsburgh, PA and at customer locations across North America. A state-of-the-art training facility is at your disposal.
  • •Deliver custom training programs to satisfy customer requirements.
  • •Coordinate and develop new course outlines, instructor guide plans, and training aids for Ovation courses.
  • •Review and monitor classroom instructional performance, course content, and customer satisfaction data surveys.
  • •Develop procedures to maintain and upgrade new and existing Ovation training software and hardware systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or similar technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
