Job Summary

Lead information management delivery across contractor interfaces, overseeing data, documents and models lifecycle for oil & gas projects in Qatar. Collaborate with Design/Engineering teams, manage information handovers, and report project progress while ensuring IT/IM alignment with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Focal point for all Contractor information management matters and interface between Contractor IT/IM and Company IM/IT focal.
•Understand Company information delivery requirements for data, documents and models and ensure Contractor systems/processes meet them per contract.
•Establish and oversee Contractor information systems for the management of data, documents and models.
•Collaborate with Engineering/Design and Drafting teams to support work processes and deliverables production.
•Oversee project progress and engineering/design status reporting and ensure timely information handover to the Company environment.

Key Requirements

•University in relevant engineering discipline
•Minimum of 10 years industry experience in industrial/process engineering project delivery, preferably within oil & gas/energy sector
•Strong understanding of project lifecycle/stages and information lifecycle; experience with data, documents and models handovers
•Strong Project Management skills, preferably CAPM/PMP/PRMP or extensive training/experience
•Very IT literate with Windows OS, MS Office tools and enterprise level electronic document management and data warehousing systems; familiar with Engineering/Design systems for Process, Instrumentation, Electrical, Piping, Civil, and 3D/CAD design
