Business Manager – People and Culture

Support the Chief People and Culture Officer and divisional leadership team by coordinating and triaging People & Culture priorities, projects, and stakeholder communications. Lead development of divisional strategy in collaboration with the leadership team and enterprise strategy functions, and manage coordination, reporting, meetings, and performance for People & Culture initiatives. Oversee HR strategic projects and provide FAR compliance support, including documentation management for Reasonable Steps.
