Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on the Class 8 fleet.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools and software.
  • •Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
  • •Maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime with your team.
  • •Follow safety protocols to ensure vehicles remain DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks and trailers (or similar equipment).
  • •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
  • •Proficiency using diagnostic software and a laptop for manuals.
  • •Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics; MIG welding is a plus.
  • •Two ASE certifications within the first 6 months of employment (T-series highly valued).
