Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop compliance policies and procedures covering ethics, export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, and conflicts of interest; operationalize compliance infrastructure.
  • •Conduct internal investigations and support compliance hotline monitoring, responses, resolutions, and reporting.
  • •Advise the People Team and business partners on employment matters across the employee lifecycle, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • •Manage employment-related claims and disputes, including administrative charges, demand letters, arbitrations, and litigation, with risk-based recommendations for dispute resolution.
  • •Manage outside counsel and budgets for assigned matters; conduct factual investigations, preserve evidence, and oversee discovery/e-discovery processes.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
  • •4-7 years of experience with significant compliance, employment and/or litigation experience.
  • •Strong judgment and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
  • •Process- and operations-oriented mindset to improve systems, standards, templates, policies, and practices to reduce risk and friction.
  • •Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work across time zones as needed (some travel may be required).
