Job Summary

Own and administer the CRM and commercial systems to support pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, and stage-gate compliance. Configure CRM structures (opportunities, deal types, products, pricing fields, workflows, and reporting) and build commercial dashboards, KPI reports, forecasting outputs, and executive reporting packs. Establish commercial data governance and monitor quality. Drive CRM integrations with Finance/ERP and contract/pricing systems, and improve adoption through training and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and administer Khazna’s CRM and commercial systems to ensure they support business operations effectively.
•Configure and maintain CRM structures, including opportunity stages, deal types, products, pricing fields, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
•Oversee pipeline governance by monitoring opportunity progression, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and stage-gate compliance.
•Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPI reports, forecasting reports, and executive reporting packs.
•Establish commercial data governance standards and support integrations across CRM, Finance, ERP, contract management, pricing, and business intelligence systems.
