Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and advance audio, video, and graphic production needs for the live event.
  • •Set up and operate microphones, mixer, speakers, switcher, and external feeds.
  • •Manage in-stadium execution by interfacing the House A/V control with the Feld Production Truck.
  • •Oversee on-site production readiness across parties and conduct stadium testing sound levels.
  • •Manage setup/tear down and press conference equipment functionality; ensure sponsor obligations are met.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; a college degree in communications/broadcast/media studies or related field is preferred.
  • •2+ years of related experience.
  • •Live event show calling or venue control room experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of technical broadcast operations, including interfacing with building control rooms and troubleshooting AV issues.
  • •Understanding of signal flow and audio/video cables, connectors/adapters, video recording media, and event production techniques.
