Job Summary

Own DevOps for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center, helping design and run resilient VoIP infrastructure across cloud and colocation. Build and optimize Kubernetes clusters, develop CI/CD pipelines for reliable build-test-deploy workflows, and use IaC (Terraform/Ansible) to automate provisioning. Troubleshoot VoIP components and production issues, and improve monitoring/observability for fast incident response. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, high-availability VoIP infrastructure and services on cloud or colocation platforms.
•Build, operate, and optimize Kubernetes (K8s) clusters for containerized applications and microservices.
•Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
•Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) to automate provisioning and configuration management, and troubleshoot complex VoIP infrastructure issues (SBC, FreeSWITCH).
•Manage and enhance monitoring, alerting, and fault analysis to ensure rapid incident response and resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,900 - 228,700

Key Requirements

•Hold qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•Experience designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
•Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
•Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
•Strong Linux systems administration and network configuration, plus knowledge of networking/security (SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, load balancing, firewalls, encryption).
