Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum five (5) years experience in Operations, Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Manufacturing deployment in a plant.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •Ten (10) years in industrial manufacturing.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
