Job Summary

Self-generate sales leads and conduct in-home presentations to qualify customers for solar and storage solutions. Deliver an end-to-end customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the system is turned on. Follow leads through the full pipeline, evaluate customer needs, and build long-lasting relationships. Accurately track outcomes in a CRM and meet sales targets set by sales leadership.

•Manage the pipeline from prospect to install by following up with leads and in-home consultations.
•Use the CRM tool to accurately disposition and report outcomes, and meet sales targets set by leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred.

•Willingness to travel within the local market depending on business needs and the sales model.
•Intermediate comfort level with technology, using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications (CRM experience is a plus).
