Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute analysis activities, including requirements management, design, change management, traceability, and test strategy during project delivery.
  • •Gather and understand requirements, develop solutions, and communicate between business, IT, PMs, and stakeholders across lines of business.
  • •Evaluate processes and information technology changes needed for delivery, weighing opportunities and risks tied to proposals.
  • •Create clear written documentation, report findings, archive materials for internal/external audit needs, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • •Support users with recommended changes, resolve issues, run workshops and training sessions, and occasionally lead other analysts.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of business analyst experience, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong analytical background and clear understanding of Wholesale Business, Products, and HSBC Data.
  • •Experience capturing requirements and working across global cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience in business/process analysis, change initiatives, and re-engineering, including planning and deploying business and IT initiatives.
  • •Strong Excel and MS Office skills plus written and verbal communication; technical certifications desired (e.g., CBAP, Change Management, Six Sigma).
