Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve or exceed sales KPIs and profitability goals through effective customer service
  • •Provide high standards of customer experience in-store following Puma’s brand values and service standards
  • •Complete required training programs (Domestic and Global) to drive results
  • •Process sales transactions at the cash desk with accurate tender handling and applicable discounts
  • •Execute inbound/outbound merchandise, maintain visual guidelines, and ensure store presentation meets Puma standards

Key Requirements

  • •Two years of experience in a customer-service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record
  • •Proven ability to exceed sales goals; commission-based experience is a plus
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to resolve complex issues for customers
  • •Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • •Willingness to participate in training programs and Loss Prevention education
