Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish global quality standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.
  • •Develop and establish global quality policies with functional groups across Lean Manufacturing, shipping and receiving, safety, customer satisfaction, and performance measures.
  • •Direct implementation and execution of quality policies and practices across existing operations and new launches.
  • •Recommend and implement strategic worldwide changes in quality strategy; establish standard tools and visible management guidance to maintain best practices.
  • •Build and manage a quality leadership team, lead problem resolution for faster improvements, and oversee the quality budget and regulatory compliance.
