Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support and implement Office 365 and related technologies, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, SfB Online, Active Directory, ADFS, synchronization, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Azure AD.
  • •Maintain and support administration of cloud Office 365 solutions with main responsibility around Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Yammer, and associated tooling.
  • •Develop custom PowerShell scripts for automation, redundant tasks, reporting, and monitoring.
  • •Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational checklists and operational reports; manage tenant health and licensing/subscriptions.
  • •Participate in the Office 365 rollout and migration team and act as the point of contact for critical-level incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in both French and English.
  • •Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations.
  • •Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, Skype for Business, and SharePoint Online.
  • •Experience with PowerShell (including PowerShell Workflow) and troubleshooting using PowerShell ISE.
  • •Understanding of IT security risks and strong communication/customer focus in an international environment.
