Support the Archiving Business Team in Hamburg by coordinating and reporting IT support (run mode) activities and documenting processes and work instructions. Help the IT project management for Archiving Business Services and Long Term Archiving, create project information for service/support, support a workflow-based user access process, and contribute to an AI archiving initiative. Join weekly team rounds in an international environment using modern technologies.
