Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain SLOs and SLIs to consistently meet targets.
  • •Lead observability strategy by designing monitoring, logging, and tracing architectures and selecting/ deploying observability tools.
  • •Build and own runbooks, incident response procedures, and post-incident reviews; mentor teams on incident management and blameless postmortems.
  • •Architect and deploy AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • •Develop automation and AIOps capabilities to reduce toil, accelerate detection, enable self-healing, and implement intelligent alerting to minimize false positives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or closely related roles with significant production system responsibility.
  • •Expert-level AWS and/or Azure experience, including compute, networking, storage, and managed services at scale.
  • •Hands-on observability expertise designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic).
  • •Strong SLO/SLI/SLA background, including error budgets and prioritization.
  • •Proficiency in production automation and tooling with Python plus scripting (PowerShell, bash), with infrastructure-as-code experience (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
