Provide exceptional customer service at the cashwrap, greeting shoppers warmly and maintaining a seamless checkout experience. Serve as an Insider Program brand ambassador, promoting add-on sales and gift cards. Handle cash and media accurately while following all policies, processing returns and repairs, and completing end-of-shift audits. Keep the checkout area clean and report equipment issues, while assisting in training and mentoring other cashiers.
