Job Summary

Define, document, and collect KPI/KRI measures for MSS Operations aligned to the process taxonomy. Ensure delivered models meet business needs with appropriate data governance, and design new data methodologies to communicate clients’ operational performance. Partner with and influence senior stakeholders to lock down foundational measures for strategic data solutions, providing clear delivery evidence and stakeholder communication in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, document, and gather KPI and KRI measures, methodologies, calculations, and thresholds across MSS Operations aligned to the process taxonomy.
•Ensure models meet business requirements through appropriate data governance and delivery assurance.
•Define and design new data methodologies to inform business partners about clients’ operational performance.
•Influence and steer senior stakeholders to agree on measures foundational to the strategic data solution.
•Provide evidence of delivery and communicate outcomes to stakeholders; maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Advanced SQL with strong data quality, data protection, data governance, and analytics capabilities.
•Proven experience in Banking Operations, particularly Markets and Securities Services (e.g., Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities, Equities, Custody, Funds Administration).
•Strong analytical skills and problem-solving self-starter mindset with the ability to champion and drive change.
•Advanced experience with Microsoft products, including Excel and VBA.
•Fluency in agile methodology with experience mobilizing agile pods and structures.
