Technical Lead – Algorithm Developer

Lead end-to-end development of detection, classification, and calibration algorithms for semiconductor optical wafer inspection. Drive projects from problem refinement through production deployment, using both classical computer vision and deep learning approaches. Build and curate algorithm datasets and pipelines, benchmark and validate solutions on large datasets, and integrate optimized production-quality code into inspection tools. Collaborate across engineering and cross-functional teams and travel to customer sites for demos and issue resolution.
