Job Summary

Join the TikTok Shop e-commerce data science team to improve transaction efficiency using quantitative methods, machine learning, and causal inference. •Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to drive strategy implementation.
•Continuously optimize and improve strategy applications over time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in computer, statistics, data science or related fields (master's/doctoral preferred).
•Solid foundation in machine learning and statistics; proficient in SQL and Python/R.
•Familiar with e-commerce search or recommendation strategies (relevant experience preferred).
•Strong communication, proactive work style, ownership, and responsibility.
•Good teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
