Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, research, source, profile, and position prospective FIA opportunities, supporting the sales process to conversion.
  • •Develop an in-depth understanding of FIA services and align specific products and services to each opportunity.
  • •Support Regional Directors (RDs) with analysis, outreach, materials, and preparations for finalist presentations; respond to questions and coordinate RFP responses and fee proposals.
  • •Coordinate opportunity pipeline management, including pipeline reports, lead management, scheduling internal team meetings, and initiating requests for banking and brokerage services as directed.
  • •Support execution of applicable portions of the FIA Strategic Marketing Plan, contribute to sales/marketing content, and represent the practice at conferences and thought-leadership events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
