Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead hydrologic assessment, water balance modelling, stormwater management planning, erosion and sediment control planning, NPDES permit support studies and FEMA flood plain mapping.
•Mentor and oversee the development of junior staff and coordinate project teams for technical quality of deliverables.
•Travel to project sites and attend public meetings (approximately 5% overnight travel).
•Lead business development and strategy planning, including proposal management and client engagement.
•Manage project scope, budget, schedule and resources, ensuring high-quality technical work and effective collaboration across the team.

Key Requirements

•BS in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering or related engineering degree required, MS preferred
•PE preferred
•Minimum 10 years+ of hydrology/hydraulics and water resources experience
•Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
•Project management experience and success in business development and client management
