Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage outbound activities for customer orders
  • •Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)
  • •Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination
  • •Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis
  • •Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • •2 to 3 years of relevant experience (preferably IT industry background)
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • •Sound knowledge of ERP tools, preferably Orion, and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • •Understand inbound/outbound logistics processes and LC documentation
