Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate relationships with stamping, extrusion, casting, thermal control, and adhesive suppliers and maintain communication channels to align on performance and improvements.
  • •Set supplier KPIs for quality, delivery reliability, and cost-effectiveness; evaluate performance regularly and drive corrective actions.
  • •Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and adapting terms to changing needs, relationship dynamics, and market conditions.
  • •Partner with demand planning to forecast cylindrical battery cell requirements, optimize inventory levels, and minimize excess inventory.
  • •Lead cross-functional commercial alignment across Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Material Planning, and Production, while identifying and mitigating supply chain risks and driving cost savings.
