Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, recruit, and onboard Channel Partners (System Integrators) aligned with Aircall’s objectives and target markets.
  • •Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure rapid ramp-up and productivity.
  • •Educate partners on Aircall’s products, value proposition, and sales processes; educate internal teams as needed.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations; be the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
  • •Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and develop joint action plans.
  • •Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and enable partners with training and sales collateral.
  • •Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners.
  • •Track and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline, deals, and revenue attribution.
  • •Forecast partner sales and contribute to overall revenue projections; provide regular partner performance reports.
  • •Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives, and marketing initiatives, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology
